Red-winged Blackbird Eats a Huge Bug

This Red-winged Blackbird had dinner in the marsh at Serpentine Fen Nature Trail in Surrey, March 24, 2017. I filmed it searching for food, but it was only later when I slowed the video down that I notice it had found and eaten a huge insect or some kind. The bird knew what it wanted and continued to hunt for it in the hollows of last season's cat-tails.
